  • Cancel Anytime- You may cancel monthly auto-renewal memberships at any time in advance of your next auto-renewal payment. Cancelling is as easy as sending your written request to plankonmain@gmail.com (or click here) more than one week in advance of the next payment. Three and six month memberships cannot be cancelled until the 3rd or 6th month time period.  

    Pause- Each member may pause their membership up to twice per year for a minimum of two weeks each time. Requests should be submitted to plankonmain@gmail.com (or click here).

    Occasional Rollover Privileges- Members may rollover their base unused passes (not bonus passes) to another month with active membership on occasion. Rollover requests will be accepted once per month and should be submitted in writing to plankonmain@gmail.com (or click here). Please note that each membership has a limit to how many passes may be rolled over or converted. We are no longer offering conversion privileges.

    All Perks, Discounts, & Privileges can be revoked or changed at any time and are at the sole discretion of Plank on Main.

  • Please cancel more than 3 hours in advance for classes in the Yoga, Barre, Pilates Studio and more than 12 hours in advance for classes in the Reformer Studio. If you late cancel or no show for class, your pass will be consumed with no refunds given for any reason. You will also be charged a late cancellation fee. If you no show, you will be charged a fee of $8 for a YBP class and $16 for a Reformer class.

  • The schedule is not fixed. Plank on Main tries to maintain a consistent schedule and to minimize class cancellations or instructor changes but occasionally these changes do occur. You will be notified of these changes IF you are booked into a class and via the FitDEGREE app. Please ensure that you have notifications turned on. Sometimes we also try to contact you via text or email so ensure that information is up to date in the FitDEGREE system.

  • These discount codes should work for all active members.

    • Half-off drop in classes (single class pass rate) to the YBP or Reformer Studio. Use Code: iamacurrentmember or MEMBER50

    • 10% off Privates & Semi-privates. Use Code: MemberPrivate

    • Bring a friend with you to class and drop in for $10 to the YBP Studio or $20 to the Reformer Studio. Use code: buddypass
