Most classes are approachable for all skill levels unless it’s specifically stated in the description. Take note of the heat level for yoga classes to your liking. We offer a few gentle and intro classes in both studios: Warm Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Level 1-2 Reformer, but feel free to attend any of the yoga, barre, pilates, or reformer classes. We love beginners!

Book into class (take advantage of our intro specials) to save your space.
Dress in comfortable, fitted clothing (no shoes in the yoga studio).
You will need a yoga mat for classes in the yoga studio (yoga, barre, mat pilates). We have a few to borrow if needed. A hand towel and a water bottle are recommended for most classes. You should barefoot or wear sticky socks for barre, mat pilates, and reformer pilates classes (no shoes or traditional socks).
You’ll need to enter through the back door for classes when DryStack is closed.
Arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class to meet your instructor and let them know you are new.
Find your name on the iPad in the back hallway to check yourself in.
There’s bins to leave your belongings in the hallway. The yoga studio is a shoe free zone.
Enjoy free filtered drinking water fro the Berkey water dispenser.
We sell yoga mats, fitness apparel, sticky socks, and water if you need them for class.

We offer a 10% discount for students, teachers, military, first responders, and senior citizens. Send us your ID to verify and request the discount code.

We share the building with DryStack Cafe at 219 W. Main Street in downtown Danville. You are welcome to enter through the front door (on Main Street) or back door (big orange door) but the front door may be locked if DryStack is closed so come to the back.
There’s 3 spots reserved for Plank and DryStack customers behind the building so grab one of those if they are available. There are also 4 free spots in the middle of the parking lots with blue signs marked: Downtown Customer Parking. On nights and weekends the 2nd Street lot is available for parking and there are no time limits to park on Main and side streets.
There is almost always free, unlimited parking available on Broadway directly behind the building.
NOTE: Do not park in the 2nd Street Lot during weekdays or you may be ticketed.

We have memberships available which are the best deal but we also offer class packs and drop in passes. Buy just a single class to come once, opt for a class pack if you will come more than once but not weekly, or grab a membership if you come just twice a week to the yoga studio or once a week to the reformer studio.
-
Not at all! There’s no commitment to keep your membership for a certain number of months. You may cancel at any time with advanced notice of your upcoming autopay.
We do offer a 3 or 6 month memberships where you pay up-front. These are the only memberships that require a commitment longer than one month.
-
Please cancel more than 3 hours in advance of a class in the yoga, barre, pilates studio and more than 12 hours in advance of classes in the reformer studio or you will forfeit your pass.
-
Occasionally classes are changed or cancelled due to instructor availability or lack of attendance. If you are planning to come to class, please book in. With no registrants booked in a class, it may be cancelled.

Great! Very frequently there’s space in the class for you to attend. Please make sure that you have your notifications enabled in FitDEGREE so that you will be notified. Please accept or reject the space in class as soon as you can so that space can be given to another client on the waitlist if you choose not to attend.
